Yes we do, but not all of our products. We are currently trying to expand our inventory in Singapore, but for those items that we do not have it here, we will ship it from overseas.

Usually within 3 working days if it is in Singapore or 3 weeks if it is from overseas.

Definitely. Simply take a photo of the damaged product and send it to us, and we will determine if it qualifies for a refund / exchange. If it qualifies, we will contact you again on the process for refund / exchange. Please note that requests for refunds and exchanges are to be made within 3 days from receiving the parcel.
